1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using ApprovedIn you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms you may not use the platform.
2. Description of Service
ApprovedIn is a vendor compliance platform built for Florida community association managers, administrators, management companies, vendors, and residents. The platform enables associations to track, manage, and approve vendors working on association properties.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. User Roles
ApprovedIn has three user roles — Association Managers, Vendors, and Residents. Each role has access to specific features and functionality as described in the platform. You agree to use only the features available to your designated role.
5. Compliance Documents
Vendors are responsible for ensuring that all compliance documents uploaded to ApprovedIn including insurance certificates, trade licenses, and corporate filings are accurate, current, and valid. ApprovedIn does not independently verify the authenticity of uploaded documents.
6. Limitation of Liability
ApprovedIn provides a platform for compliance document management and vendor approval workflows. ApprovedIn is not responsible for any liability, damages, or losses arising from the use or reliance on information submitted by users on the platform.
7. No Professional Advice; Technology Platform Only
ApprovedIn is a technology platform only. ApprovedIn, its operators, and its affiliates are not licensed insurance agents, insurance agencies, insurers, attorneys, or law firms, and nothing on the platform constitutes insurance advice, legal advice, or professional guidance of any kind. The platform’s role is limited to collecting, organizing, tracking, and facilitating the exchange of compliance documents and related communications between associations, vendors, insurance agents, and residents. All subscribers, users, and the entities they represent should seek insurance guidance from a licensed and qualified insurance agent or producer and legal guidance from a licensed and qualified attorney for any question concerning insurance coverage, policy adequacy, statutory or contractual compliance, or legal rights or obligations. ApprovedIn does not verify the authenticity, accuracy, validity, or completeness of any uploaded compliance document — including certificates of insurance, endorsements, trade licenses, or corporate filings — and assumes no liability or responsibility for vendor work, document authenticity, any vendor-client outcome, or any reliance on a compliance status, approval, or “verified” indicator displayed on the platform. Any compliance status, approval, or “verified” badge reflects a point-in-time review of a submitted document by the association or its manager and is not a guarantee of insurance coverage, workmanship, quality, legal adequacy, or that a vendor remains insured or compliant at any later date. No communication through the platform creates an insurance, attorney-client, or other professional relationship between any user and ApprovedIn.
8. Privacy
Your use of ApprovedIn is also governed by our Privacy Policy which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.
9. Changes to Terms
ApprovedIn reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the Last Updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
