We share information between user roles on the platform only as necessary to facilitate vendor compliance workflows — for example, association managers can view vendor compliance profiles and documents submitted for their association.

Documents uploaded to ApprovedIn including insurance certificates, trade licenses, and corporate filings are stored securely and are accessible only to the association managers and administrators associated with the relevant association.
5. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at support@approvedin.com.
